How hire works
Agreement first
Where tools are hired you may be asked to sign a separate Tool Hire Agreement before equipment is released.
Deposits
Any applicable deposit, hire period and return requirement is confirmed in writing on your quotation before you commit.
Return condition
Equipment should be returned on time and in the condition it was supplied, allowing for fair wear and tear.
Damage and loss
You are responsible for the equipment while it is in your care. Damage or loss may be recovered from the deposit where permitted.
Full Tool Hire Terms are provided before you enter into a hire agreement. Nothing on this page limits or excludes your statutory rights under German law or applicable European Union consumer protection legislation.
