How to order
Ordering runs through WhatsApp Business. It is quick, but it is not casual: you get a written quotation and the legal documents before anything is binding.

Message us on WhatsApp
Tell us what you need, or just describe the problem. No contract exists at this stage, and there is no obligation.

Complete the order form
Name, contact number, delivery location and vehicle details: registration, make, model, engine size, fuel type and VIN if you have it.

We identify the right part
We match products to the information you give us. If we need more detail to be certain, we ask before quoting.

You get a written quotation
Description, quantity, total price, delivery charge, estimated delivery time, availability, and any hire charges or deposits.

Review the legal documents
Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Tool Hire Terms are provided before you commit.
- 06
Pay securely, then delivery or collection
A secure payment link is issued. We never store your card details. Once payment clears and we confirm, your order is on its way.

Quotation
What you get back
Your quotation is valid only for the period stated or, if no period is stated, until stock availability or pricing changes.

- Total price
- Delivery charge, if applicable
- Estimated delivery time
- Availability
- Tool hire charges or deposits, if applicable
Important
When the contract
is actually formed
A contract is formed only when all three of the following have happened:
- 1You have accepted the quotation.
- 2Payment has been successfully received.
- 3The Ring Guy confirms acceptance of the order.
Until that confirmation is issued we reserve the right to decline an order where products become unavailable or an obvious pricing error has occurred. Any payment already received in those circumstances is refunded promptly.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are prepared and dispatched as soon as reasonably practicable, and you may get an update when the driver is en route. Estimated times are not guaranteed and can be affected by traffic, Nürburgring events, weather, road closures or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
On arrival
Inspect the goods as soon as reasonably possible. If there is any issue with the order, tell us without undue delay so we can put it right.
