Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales of automotive oils, lubricants, vehicle fluids, replacement parts, consumables and tool hire supplied by The Ring Guy to private consumers.

They apply to all orders placed via WhatsApp or any other communication method approved by us. Mandatory rights available to consumers under German and European Union law remain unaffected.

We provide:

• Emergency delivery of vehicle parts
• Engine oils, gearbox oils, brake fluids and coolants
• Vehicle consumables
• Tool hire
• Collection of special order parts where agreed

We do not provide vehicle repairs, diagnostics or installation services unless separately agreed in writing.

A legally binding contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance after payment has been successfully received.

Customers agree that all information supplied is accurate, including vehicle registration, make, model, engine size, fuel type, VIN where supplied and the products required. We rely on this information when identifying suitable products.

Where we recommend products, those recommendations are based solely upon the information provided by the customer, who remains responsible for its accuracy. Nothing in these Terms excludes your statutory rights should a product supplied be defective or not conform to the contract under applicable law.

• Delivery charges are confirmed before payment
• No hidden charges are added after payment without your agreement

Payment is required before dispatch and is processed using secure payment links. Accepted methods include PayPal, debit cards, credit cards and other approved payment methods. Orders are not dispatched until payment has cleared.

We currently deliver primarily within the Nürburgring and surrounding area. Estimated delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by traffic, Nürburgring events, weather, road closures, vehicle breakdowns, supplier delays or other events beyond our reasonable control. We will keep customers informed of any significant delays.

Customers must be available at the agreed delivery location. If we cannot complete delivery because the customer cannot be contacted or is not present, additional delivery charges may apply before a further delivery attempt is made.

Many orders we supply are emergency roadside deliveries. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Our priority is to supply the correct products as quickly and safely as reasonably possible.

• Ownership of hired equipment remains with The Ring Guy
• Customers are responsible for loss or damage while the equipment is in their possession
• Equipment must be returned by the agreed time
• Replacement costs may be charged for lost or irreparably damaged equipment
• Deposits may be required
• Normal wear resulting from proper use will not be charged

Ownership of supplied goods remains with The Ring Guy until full payment has been received.

Consumers benefit from the statutory warranty rights provided under German law. If goods supplied are defective, customers are entitled to the remedies provided by applicable law, including repair, replacement, price reduction or cancellation of the contract where the legal requirements are met. Nothing in these Terms limits those statutory rights.

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms and should be read before placing an order. Where German or European consumer law grants a statutory right of withdrawal, that right remains unaffected. Where a legal exception applies, this will be explained before the contract is concluded.

We are responsible for supplying products that conform to the contract. We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect vehicle information supplied by the customer
• Incorrect installation by third parties
• Damage resulting from misuse
• Failure to follow manufacturer instructions

Nothing within these Terms excludes or limits liability:

• For intentional misconduct
• For gross negligence where exclusion is not permitted
• For injury to life, body or health
• Under mandatory product liability legislation
• Or where exclusion is prohibited by German or European Union law

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform where caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, accidents, supplier delays, government restrictions, power failures, communication failures, major Nürburgring events and natural disasters.

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the GDPR. Further information is contained in our Privacy Policy.

Complaints should be submitted to hello@theringguy.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within five business days and will seek to resolve them as quickly as reasonably possible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mandatory consumer protection rights under German and European Union law remain unaffected. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

• You understand the contract is formed only once payment has been received and the order accepted
• You understand your statutory rights under German and European Union law are not affected
