Message us on WhatsApp
Tell us what you need, or just describe the problem. No contract exists at this stage, and there is no obligation.

Complete the order form
Name, contact number, delivery location and vehicle details: registration, make, model, engine size, fuel type and VIN if you have it.

We identify the right part
We match products to the information you give us. If we need more detail to be certain, we ask before quoting.

You get a written quotation
Description, quantity, total price, delivery charge, estimated delivery time, availability, and any hire charges or deposits.

Review the legal documents
Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Tool Hire Terms are provided before you commit.

Pay securely, then delivery or collection
A secure payment link is issued. We never store your card details. Once payment clears and we confirm, your order is on its way.
A contract is only formed once you accept the quotation, payment is received and we confirm the order.

Card details never stored
Payment is taken through a secure payment link issued by a payment provider. The Ring Guy does not store customers' payment card details.

How fast can you get to me?
We aim to dispatch as soon as reasonably practicable and will keep you updated, including when the driver is en route. Estimated times are not guaranteed and can be affected by traffic, Nürburgring events, weather and road closures.
Do you deliver to the car park at the Ring?
Delivery or collection is arranged to suit you. Give us your location when you complete the order form and we will confirm it on the quotation.
What if the part is wrong or faulty?
Inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible and tell us without undue delay. Where goods do not conform to the contract you are entitled to the remedies available under German law, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.
Can I cancel?
You may cancel at any time before dispatch and a full refund is normally issued to the original payment method. After dispatch, cancellation may no longer be possible. Emergency roadside deliveries you ask us to perform immediately may reduce the statutory withdrawal period.
Is there a website shop?
Not yet. Ordering runs through WhatsApp Business while we build the customer base. A dedicated e-commerce site is on the roadmap, and this is the prototype of it.
