Refunds & Cancellations

This policy explains your rights when purchasing products and services from The Ring Guy. Nothing in it limits or excludes your statutory rights under German law or applicable European Union consumer protection legislation.

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. If payment has already been received, a full refund will normally be issued using the original payment method.

Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. If cancellation is still possible we may deduct reasonable costs already incurred in preparing or delivering your order, where permitted by law. Any such deduction will be explained to you before your refund is processed.

Many orders we supply are requested as emergency roadside deliveries. Where you expressly request immediate performance of the delivery service before any applicable withdrawal period expires, you acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal may be reduced or may cease to apply once the service has been fully performed, where permitted by applicable law. This does not affect your statutory rights if the goods supplied are faulty, damaged or do not conform to the contract.

Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Contact us without undue delay if you believe that:

• The goods are faulty
• The goods were damaged before delivery
• You have received the wrong item

Where goods do not conform to the contract, you are entitled to the remedies available under German law, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or, where the legal requirements are met, cancellation of the contract and a refund.

If you wish to return goods because you have changed your mind, your rights depend on the type of goods purchased and the circumstances of the sale. Any statutory right of withdrawal under German and European Union law remains unaffected. Where no statutory right exists or an exception applies, returns may be accepted at our discretion.

Returned goods should:

• Be unused where appropriate
• Be complete and, where applicable, in their original packaging
• Be in a condition suitable for resale, unless the return is a legal warranty claim

The following may not be eligible for return, where permitted by law:

• Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised
• Sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
• Other products for which a statutory exception to the right of withdrawal applies

This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are defective or otherwise fail to conform to the contract.

Where a refund is due we will process it without undue delay and, where required by law, within the applicable statutory time limits. Refunds are normally made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless another method is agreed with you.

Where you are exercising a statutory right of withdrawal, responsibility for return costs is determined in accordance with applicable law and any information provided to you before the contract was concluded. Where goods are returned because they are faulty or incorrectly supplied, we bear the reasonable return costs where required by law.
